2. Ordering

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the current UK rate unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of your order.

Payment is processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

4. Product Compatibility

It is your responsibility to ensure that any part you order is compatible with your vehicle. We provide compatibility information as a guide only. If you are unsure, please contact us before ordering. We cannot accept returns for parts ordered for the wrong vehicle unless they are faulty.

5. Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns policy forms part of these terms and conditions. Please see our Returns Policy for full details. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Warranty

All parts supplied by Steve's Auto Spares carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover:

• Fair wear and tear
• Damage caused by incorrect fitting
• Damage caused by using the part outside its intended application
• Consumable parts (oils, filters) once opened and used

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steve's Auto Spares Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or economic loss
• Loss of profit, revenue, or business
• Damage to vehicles resulting from incorrectly fitted parts

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.

10. Governing Law
